Solve interconnected puzzles, uncover secrets, face unique enemies with different behaviors, and make choices through dialogue. What you discover and decide will shape your story and determine how it ends.
A first-person survival-horror dungeon crawler set in a rotting medieval kingdom. Sentenced to death for a petty crime, you're offered one way out: descend into forbidden, long-sealed ruins, recover what the crown demands, and return alive. You can't win a fight, only survive what waits in the dark.
Deadpact is single-player and story-driven. You progress through a narrative while solving interconnected puzzles and dealing with survival mechanics like injuries, infection, hunger, fatigue and sleep. Each enemy has unique, custom AI behavior: some track you by sound, others can make you harm yourself just by looking at them. A candlelit tavern serves as a safe hub where you prepare, recover and save your progress.
A candlelit tavern is your only place to breathe and prepare: buy strange brews that sharpen your senses, trade for clues, and report to the man who sent you down. Tell him the truth, or don't.
No two horrors here hunt the same way, and none of them can be fought. Each obeys its own merciless logic. The only way to live is to read it before it kills you.
What you surrender, what you keep, and who you choose to trust all steer your fate. Nothing is forgotten, and more than one ending waits for you in the dark.
Your body is fragile, and the damage sticks. Limbs get torn away, wounds fester and turn septic, poison creeps through your veins. Every affliction you carry will kill you if you ignore it.
